I love being a Mama. It is so rewarding to watch a little human develop and grow into their own person; it’s truly one of the coolest things I’ve experienced. 

And it’s also really, really challenging.

Once you’ve made it through pregnancy and birth, there is still so much ongoing change that happens physically, emotionally and physiologically.  Though there are a lot of common issues that can come up in postpartum, it does not mean they need to be your new normal.  We can address your concerns and you can continue to do the things you love.

Whether you’re dealing with incontinence issues, experiencing pain or discomfort, or simply just want to get back to activity, then postpartum physiotherapy is for you.  And p.s., It is NEVER too late to address any issues, no matter how far postpartum you are - let’s work together!
